All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners. Because each item is created specifically for your order, production and shipping times may vary.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Canada

  • 3–10 business days

United States

  • 3–7 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different facilities or become available at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
