At High School Never Ends, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- Store credit
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Ordering the wrong product or color
Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
